Terms of Service — Incoming Stock Digest

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Incoming Stock Digest ("the app") is a Shopify application built and operated by Metigro. Installing or using the app means you agree to these terms.

What the app does

The app reads incoming inventory quantities and locations from your Shopify store and sends a scheduled email report (the "digest") summarizing what changed since the previous report — newly in transit, arrived, partially arrived, or unchanged. Which plan you are on decides how often the digest goes out and how many recipients it can reach; see the pricing on the app's settings screen for the current plans.

Accuracy

The digest reflects Shopify's own incoming inventory figures at the time of each check. The app does not verify these figures against a purchase order, carrier, or any system outside Shopify, and does not guarantee that a quantity shown as incoming will arrive, or arrive in full. Treat the digest as a summary of what Shopify reports, not as a tracking or logistics service.

Your responsibilities

Billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API, under Shopify's own billing terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app's settings screen; changes take effect as described there.

Availability

We aim to keep the scheduled checks and email delivery running reliably, but the app depends on Shopify's API and on our email provider (Resend) being available. We are not liable for a missed or delayed digest caused by an outage on either side.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for a store that violates these terms or abuses the service. See Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after uninstall.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
